Appreciated pretty friendly staff and spacious hotel.

The service was welcoming and the pool was great. I was here for 7 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant with good price. Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from The Photographic Angle was absolutely perfect and good.

The pool area is beautiful, definetly a highlight, but the gym hours are an absolute joke! Closed from 12 to 4 pm? Very inconsiderate. After such a hassle with slow service, i expected some special treatment, but no welcome gift at all! I almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn't.

It was a chilli out break that we booked. The hotel name is very appropriate as the views were Panoramic. The staff and entertainment made each day go past with a lot of fun and laughter. We ended up coming back appreciating the hard work that not only the entertainment team do but hotel staff aswell. The choice of meals where good and plenty of choice. The hotel had a shuttle bus to take you down to the beach or the main road, the driver was always so cheerful and never had too wait any length of time for the bus. All round a great holiday. Kos town is only a 5-10mins bus ride away.

Tortuga tiki cafe is only a short distance to the hotel. We liked the food and facilities and fantastic prices.

great sea view but poor service consistency

The sea view was fine. The pool area was inviting and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and we appreciated that everything was fresh and appetizing.

Unfortunately, the service could be inconsistent at times.

We are a young couple with a 3 year old son. The hoteloffered us everything that we wanted in a holiday. A spacious two-room studio apartment along with a balcony with the possibiltiy of enjoying the view of Agean sea - is great. The all inclusive food and drinks were mu---ch more than one needs to stay one fit. The friendly staff with always an affirmative answer .."ofcourse!".. Makes your stay much happier. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The only thing is that it's a bit high up the hill, but you have a very good shuttle service. The drivers are nice and friendly nd ready to take you down any time. They became friends of our son.

The internet facility - it was a bit starnge that with so much good things te hotel offers but not the internet facility. One can go to the nearby hotel (5 min walk though) to get a net connection. But it would be much comfortable if one can use the internet from one's own room and not from another sister hotel's lobby.

The location was fantastic with easy transport links to Kos Town. It offered vibrant pool activities for all ages. The variety of food options changed nightly, keeping every meal special.

Service was slow, and the manager's rudeness left a sour taste, especially when the lights went out unexpectedly.

Ideal hotel with all-inclusive. International Animation. Great for a family with children

Too much distant from the beach and air conditioning non properly working. In my opinion this is not a 4 star hotel.

Really good Varied Meals and Panoramic Views

The themed dinner nights offered a good culinary experience, with options ranging from Asian to Italian cuisines that changed each evening. Enjoying my drinks at the rooftop bar while taking in the amazing panoramic views was a highlight of my stay. While the communication regarding room issues could be improved, the overall experience left a lasting impression.

The pool area is beautifull and well-maintained, had comfy sun beds, and the staff at the bar were really friendly . We loved the fine sea view from our room. The evenings were chill with some cool entertainment, and overall, the vibe was relaxing.
